The class comment of ExecutorAllocationClient is out of date.

This is currently supported only in YARN mode. {code}
Nowadays, this is supported in the following modes: Spark's Standalone,
YARN-Client, YARN-Cluster, Mesos, Kubernetes.
In my opinion, this comment should be updated.
