spark1.2.1 was built with Tachyon0.5.0, but the
http://github.com/mesos/spark-ec2 has hard coded Tachyon Version to be 0.4.1,
this has affected users of spark when deploying Spark on EC2 with Tachyon. So
the Tachyon Community hopes to make Tachyon Version configurable in spark_ec2
scripts.
