Description: Currently we can do subexpression elimination for conditional
expressions when the subexpression is common across all {{{}branchGroups{}}}.
In fact, we can farther improve this when there are common expressions between
{{alwaysEvaluatedInputs}} and {{{}branchGroups{}}}.
