Description:
After https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/36647 is merged, the PySpark SQL API
reference URL is changed, since the file structure is changed from
`pyspark.sql.rst` to `pyspark.sql/*.rst`.
We should keep it same as before to keep the consistency with older documents
versions.
