I'm currently seeing this on the Web UI when I enable the "Scheduler Delay"
"additional option":

Scheduler delay is being displayed as a large negative number for running tasks.
This is on an assembly built from
[fe79674|https://github.com/apache/spark/tree/fe7967483d1b0871c128863f51826c43fd71a12e],
which is ~27d old. I'll try again with a {{1.3.0}} build later tonight and
update the "Affects Version/s" tag here if I am still able to reproduce it.
