The eventual goal is that Spark Connect Scala client should not depend on
Catalyst and Spark Core, etc. The reason we are moving stuff is those are what
the Scala client needs.
Because there too many dependencies at class/method level, it is hard to give a
full list of stuff that we want to remove. I can just name a few like error
framework, some utils, etc.
