I apologize for the complexity here as well. In the case of this umbrella JIRA,
several batch tickets have already been resolved, but they yet haven't been
marked as resolved by the JIRA bot for some reason.
Additionally, I have consolidated several tickets that could be consolidated.
The remaining tickets are ones that still require separate investigation. Will
consolidate any additional tickets that can be consolidated after further
investigation.
