The targets of SPARK-43265, SPARK-44255, SPARK-44475, SPARK-44496, SPARK-43997
are all Apache 3.5.0, and ProblemFilters related to them should be in
v35excludes, not in defaultExcludes, in order to re-participate in the Mima
check in the Spark 4.0.0 cycle.
