Description:
*What changes were proposed in this pull request?*
Tests from `QueryCompilationErrorsSuite` were moved to `DDLSuite` and
`JDBCTableCatalogSuite`.
*Why are the changes needed?*
We should move tests to related test suites in order to improve testing.
