We need to remove line numbers manually added to exceptions. Currently some
exceptions print the line number twice.
Label exceptions need to use backquotes, same as with variables, i.e. need to
check if toSQLId, toSQLStmt, and similar methods are applied to all identifiers.
Maybe add some tests for \{LINE} numbers?
