Right now, the client only supports the execution of blocking queries with no
reattach. This makes it hard to use Spark Connect in cloud environments as
cloud load balancers will typically hard-kill idle connections.
Similar to the Rust and Go client, it would be great if the client uses the
reattache execution flow by default.
