the spark-parent is not published to maven for version 3.5.6:
[https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.apache.spark/spark-parent]
when I'm trying to import spark-hadoop-cloud jar, I'm getting the error:
io problem while parsing ivy file:
https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/spark/spark-hadoop-cloud_2.12/3.5.6/spark-hadoop-cloud_2.12-3.5.6.pom
