Some of the unit tests under RocksDBSuite are not working properly because the
test method returns a closure instead of executing the test body. In
particular, these are tests wrapped with:
`testWithStateStoreCheckpointIdsAndChangelogEnabled` and
`testWithStateStoreCheckpointIds`
