The recent coercion test refactoring (SPARK-55114, SPARK-55135, SPARK-55164,
SPARK-55235) introduced a pandas-based golden file testing pattern. These four
test files in {{pyspark.sql.tests.coercion}} share significant duplicated code:
- Timezone setup/teardown for deterministic results
- Golden file read/write with {{SPARK_GENERATE_GOLDEN_FILES}} env var
- Type/value string serialization helpers
Proposing to extract a {{GoldenFileTestMixin}} in {{pyspark.testing}} to reduce
duplication and make it easier to add new golden file based tests in the future.
