Description: Replace the rasterized `spark-logo-77x50px-hd.png` (77x50px)
with an SVG version derived from the official Apache Spark website logo
(`spark-logo-rev.svg`). SVG provides:\n- Resolution independence (crisp on
HiDPI/Retina displays)\n- Smaller file size for equivalent quality\n- Better
accessibility (scalable without artifacts)\n\nChanges:\n- Add `spark-logo.svg`
to UI static resources (converted from spark-website's spark-logo-rev.svg with
text fill changed from white to dark)\n- Update UIUtils.scala favicon and
navbar logo references (4 places)\n- (was: Replace the rasterized
`spark-logo-77x50px-hd.png` (77x50px) with an SVG version derived from the
