Summary: Sometimes the status of finished job show on JobHistory
UI will be active, and never update.

When I run a SparkPi job, the status of the job on JobHistory UI was 'active'.
After the job finished for a long time, the status on JobHistory UI never
update again, and the job keep in the 'Incomplete applications' list.
