Description:
TableChange.UpdateColumnDefaultValue implements ColumnChange but is
missing a toString() implementation. SPARK-55828 added toString() to
all other ColumnChange implementations to improve error messages in
schema evolution, but UpdateColumnDefaultValue was overlooked.
