The PySpark documentation currently mentions pip and Conda for environment
setup, but does not mention Python's built-in venv module as an option.
Add a venv section in two places:
- python/docs/source/getting_started/install.rst - alongside the existing
"Using Conda" section
- python/docs/source/development/contributing.rst - alongside the existing
Conda and pip sections under Environment Setup
