Can we undo this change? Its weird to have some of our tests off in a separate
directory and it makes the build different in maven/sbt. This is confusing and
leads to [build
breaks|https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/5604#issuecomment-99610082].
SBT and maven have built in ways to run specific tests if you are trying to
iterate quickly.
