Description:
The left navigation sidebar in Spark documentation can be overlapped by
horizontally scrolling page content.
For example:
https://spark.apache.org/docs/latest/sql-ref-syntax-qry-select-groupby.html
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the GROUP BY Clause documentation page.
2. Horizontally scroll the page content.
3. Observe that the right-side content overlaps the fixed left navigation
sidebar.
Expected behavior:
The left navigation sidebar should remain visible and should not be covered by
horizontally scrolling content. Horizontal overflow should be contained within
the document content area.
Actual behavior:
The page-level horizontal scrolling allows long content to slide over the fixed
left navigation sidebar.
This affects documentation pages with a left sidebar and long inline code or
other wide content.
