The TIME data type (TimeType) related sub-tasks have been moved out of this
release umbrella into a dedicated umbrella SPARK-57550 ("Extend support for the
TIME data type"), which is linked back to this ticket.
Moved sub-tasks:
* SPARK-51403 - Test TimeType as ordered and atomic type
* SPARK-52617 - Cast TIME to/from TIMESTAMP_NTZ
* SPARK-52621 - Cast TIME to/from VARIANT
* SPARK-53368 - Consider supporting Parquet TIME data with isAdjustedToUTC=true
* SPARK-54203 - Support Time in RowToColumnConverter
* SPARK-54281 - Support cast from numeric types to time
* SPARK-54582 - Add Time Type Statistics Collection Support
* SPARK-53520 - Handle TimeType in javaBoxedType()
