Description: Spark Connect server session/execution data is shown in the
"Connect" Spark UI tab but is not reachable through the /api/v1 REST API,
unlike SQL (SPARK-27142) and Streaming. This adds REST endpoints under
/api/v1/applications/{app-id}/connect/{sessions,operations} mirroring the SQL
REST API pattern.
