Resolution: Fixed
The upgrade to ORC 1.6.7 was completed by the commit [SPARK-34208][BUILD]
Upgrade ORC to 1.6.7, which is on master; ORC is now at 2.3.0. Resolving this
stranded ticket as Fixed.
