Resolving as Fixed: this change was merged to master. Implementing commit:
67f628e3bf87 [SPARK-46145][SQL] spark.catalog.listTables does not throw
exception when the table or view is not found. (Triaged as a stranded ticket —
the fix landed but the JIRA was left unresolved. Verified present on current
master and not reverted.)
