Resolving as Fixed: this change was merged to master. Implementing commit:
c26a3e481e02 [SPARK-54982][INFRA] Use ASF_NEXUS_TOKEN to release and drop
staging repository when finalizing the RC. (Triaged as a stranded ticket — the
fix landed but the JIRA was left unresolved. Verified present on current master
and not reverted.)
