Many existing tests use a shorthand `sql(...)` shorthand for `spark.sql(...)`.
This shorthand is currently defined in the `QueryTest` helper trait.
Given that this shorthand doesn't require anything except `spark`, this can be
moved into `SparkSessionProvider`, to have it defined in a more central place,
so that it is available in e.g. `SessionQueryTest`.
