Description: The INSERT TABLE, MERGE INTO, and SELECT pages in the SQL
reference do not document the WITH (key = value) dynamic table options clause.
Add a WITH (options) parameter entry and example to
docs/sql-ref-syntax-dml-insert-table.md, docs/sql-ref-syntax-dml-merge-into.md,
and docs/sql-ref-syntax-qry-select.md.
