Golden-file drift tests for pa.Array.from_pandas(type=..., safe=...), extending
the SPARK-54936 upstream-library-monitoring suite (sibling of SPARK-58657, the
mask argument). Adds two golden matrices (safe / unsafe) over a curated source
x scalar-target grid, plus the pa<19 SPARK-46776 followup override.
