Introduce a MkDocs Material documentation site published to GitHub Pages so the
README can stay minimal and the guides live in one browsable place:
installation, quickstart, configuration, the
DataFrame/Columns/SQL/reading-and-writing/streaming/catalog/types API, Rust
UDFs via WebAssembly, a diagram-driven architecture page, compatibility,
examples, and troubleshooting. The site is deployed by a first-party GitHub
Actions workflow (mkdocs gh-deploy) to the gh-pages branch that .asf.yaml
already serves.
