Resolution: Won't Fix
Not a bug: an inferred filter that carries a With already returns correct rows,
since With has been evaluable since SPARK-58818. Inlining it repeats an
expensive definition per reference (UDF calls in the inferred filter went 18 ->
27 on a CASE WHEN ... BETWEEN probe with identical results) while file sources
gain no pushdown. See
