SPARK-59057 (https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/58351) renamed
{{KeyedPartitioning.isNarrowed}} to {{isCollapsed}}. Since then both places
this ticket names keep the flag:
* {{KeyedPartitioning.toGrouped}} builds the grouped partitioning with {{copy}}.
* {{KeyedShuffleSpec.createPartitioning}} builds the shuffled side's
partitioning with {{partitioning.copy}}.
On master the flag lives in the shared {{KeyLayout}}, which both copy.
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/58316 was closed for the same reason.
Resolving this as a duplicate of SPARK-59057.
