`_get_transpilers` silently drops names not in `AbstractTranspiler.varieties`
(transpile.py). A typo means "no transpilation, no signal." The consumer's
`enable()` rewrites the conf list itself partly to control this. Warn at UDF
construction when a configured name is not registered.
