Add a test verifying that {{handle_pipeline_events()}} raises
{{PySparkValueError}} when a dictionary response contains neither
{{pipeline_command_result}} nor {{{}pipeline_event_result{}}}. Existing tests
cover unsupported response types but not this missing-field case.
