Allow changelog connectors to expose scan-generated metadata for internal row
identity and row version resolution. Preserve lazy metadata resolution and
exclude metadata from SELECT *. Reject explicit SQL and Dataset access to
changelog metadata while allowing internal CDC post-processing.
