Several deprecation messages state a removal version that has already passed,
or none at all. StringIndexerModel.labels says it will be removed in 3.1.0, but
it has not been removed. The Python mllib LinearRegressionWithSGD,
LassoWithSGD, RidgeRegressionWithSGD, and LogisticRegressionWithSGD warnings
say Deprecated in 2.0.0 without a removal note. Change: reword the messages to
say the API will be removed in the future, and update the matching line in
docs/ml-migration-guide.md. No API or behavior change. PR:
