CREATE VIEW analysis currently keeps reusable operations inside fixed-point
rules. Extract these operations so the fixed-point analyzer and future
single-pass command resolution can share the same implementation without
invoking whole rules or duplicating behavior.
Scope:
* Move session-catalog CREATE VIEW lowering into
ViewCommandHelper.rewriteCreateView, retaining V2 commands for non-session view
catalogs.
* Expose ApplyDefaultCollation.resolveCreateViewCollation, preserving explicit
collations, source origin and tags, and the existing metadata-lookup failure
behavior.
* Move temporary-variable dependency collectors into IdentifierResolution.
Preserve collection of root VariableReference and SubqueryExpression nodes,
subquery plans, and distinct names.
* Expose CatalogIdentifierResolution.resolveUnresolvedIdentifier for command
targets without column output, retaining source origin and tags, and use it in
ResolveCatalogs.
This is an internal refactor with no SQL syntax, user-facing behavior, or
analyzer routing changes. Existing CREATE VIEW and collation suites exercise
the extracted paths; focused Catalyst tests cover variable collection and
identifier metadata/temporary-view routing.
