In PySpark Connect, {{df.na}} and {{df.stat}} are a {{DataFrameNaFunctions}}
and a {{DataFrameStatFunctions}} whose {{df}} is the DataFrame {{df}} itself.
The Rust-backed Python client has no {{df}} of them. Expose it as PySpark does.
