We now have the Jenkins HTML publisher plugin installed, so we can now easily
publish HTML reports from tools from coverage.py
(https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/HTML+Publisher+Plugin). I might
give this a try on NewSparkPullRequestBuilder today.
