Summary: In FP Growth of MLlib, association rule generation is

It will be more useful and practical to include the association rule generation
part for real applications, though it is not hard by user to find association
rules from the frequent itemset with frequency which is output by FP growth.
However how to generate association rules in an efficient way is not widely
reported.
