Summary: Obtain hbase token retries many times when having hbase
class but no hbase configuration

A simple application(not need hbase token), adds hbase jar files into driver
classpath, but not give the hbase configuration, When attempting to obtain
hbase token, driver goes to connect localhost zookeeper, and will retries 35
times. It will cost some minutes.
