Also, looking at maven there's a few more things to do. Would anybody be
interested in...
1) making artefactId with scala version in maven itself, no shell scripts!
(needs recent maven releases)
2) move integration tests to integration-test phase so that one does not need
to run "mvn package -DskipTests" and "mvn test" but instead a single "mvn
integration-test" (as it should be)
Those would, imho, help. Let me know if you would be interested in those and I
can do that.
