Update Scala, Java and Python examples of Direct Kafka word count to access the
offset ranges using HasOffsetRanges and print it. For example in Scala,

directKafkaDStream.foreachRDD { rdd =>
offsetRanges = rdd.asInstanceOf[HasOffsetRanges]
}

transformedDStream.foreachRDD { rdd =>
