The spark-ec2 script installs Tachyon 0.5.0 ({{tachyon-0.5.0-bin.tar.gz}}). But
the Tachyon client that comes with Spark 1.4.0
({{spark-1.4.0-bin-hadoop1.tgz}}) is version 0.6.4.
The client is unable to connect to the server.
