parquet-mr 1.7.0+ depends on parquet-format 2.3.0-incubating that includes
support for TIMESTAMP_MILLIS:
https://github.com/apache/parquet-format/blob/apache-parquet-format-2.3.0-incubating/src/thrift/parquet.thrift#L104
TIMESTAMP_MICROS is not there indeed.
