Description:
Umbrella for changing MLlib's local linear algebra types (Vector, Matrix,
DenseVector, SparseVector, DenseMatrix, SparseMatrix) to implement semantic
equality, taking transpose, zeros, and sparsity into account.
This will also require updating hashcode to match.
