Description:
When cache table in memory in spark sql
allocate wrong buffer size (4+ size * columnType.defaultSize *
columnType.defaultSize), right buffer size is 4+ size * columnType.defaultSize.

columnType.defaultSize), right buffer size is 4+ size * columnType.defaultSize.
