One other similar example is that if you do
saveAsHadoopFile("doesnotexist/myfile"), Spark does create the "doesnotexist'
directory.
[~pwendell] pointed out that this is a security issue if we create the
directory to be world-readable, so in any case I'd need to change my PR to make
the parent directory to be readable only by the user who created it.
