So for now I'm working on doing this with quasi quotes, but we should be aware
that Spark SQL decided to move away from quasi quotes (see
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-7956 ) - I think our use cases
might be different enough this is ok but something to consider as we move
forward with more mllib codegen stuff.
