The {{spark.sql.TungstenAggregate.testFallbackStartsAt}} configuration needs to
be cleared / reset in TungstenAggregationQueryWithControlledFallbackSuite. This
state cleanup was accidentally removed when removing the ability to disable
Tungsten mode and the leaked configuration led to failures in subsequent tests
by causing data to spill way too frequently.
