Dominic Ricard commented on SPARK-6964:
---------------------------------------

I don't know if my expectations are wrong but this does not seem to be fixed.
Since 1.5.0 (1.5.1, 1.5.2), I have re-tested this in our spark cluster and
spark still continues execution of a query even though the client has gone away
(beeline CTRL-C of a long running query).

Am I reading this wrong?

Thanks.

> There is already a hook in {{ExecuteStatementOperation}}, we just need to
> connect it to the job group cancellation support we already have and make
> sure the various drivers support it.
